For the last 17 years, I have been collaborating with Seattle/Los Angeles-based Light In The Attic Records as a freelance contributor. The forthcoming Creation Never Sleeps, Creation Never Dies: The Willie Dunn Anthology is my last labour of love for the successful label.
On September 23rd, my 46th birthday, Voluntary In Nature, a humble “outlet for sharing,” will be offering three albums to the world of music in cooperation and collaboration with those who made them.
The first is an unreleased recording from 1976, the second, a regional, cassette-only release from the early 1990s, and the third, a privately pressed 1974 demo album with only 99 copies ever made.
VIN 001, VIN 002, VIN 003…
Please note: Each of the above titles qualify as Canadian content, but not all are “Canadian.” Where it goes next is anybody’s guess?
That being said, VIN’s aim is always universal and pro-artist, something I have found lacking in the business of music.
More information to follow... PEACE
